1. On what level do I set the water systeme when I first start drinking the Alkaline Water? |
Level one the first week. Start slowly... 3-4 glasses a day, then 5-6 glasses a day. Then go up to level 2 for at least a month. If you should try a higher level and you notice a light headache or stomach problem, drink a glass on "zero"and it will neutralize your system. Then stay on the lower level for a while.
2. How much Alkaline water should I drink a day? |
Doctors say at least 8 glasses per day. You are to drink no more than ½ your body weight in ounces.
3. How much is too much alkaline in my system? |
Doctors say it's quite difficult for someone to become too alkaline.
4. How do I know the alkaline water is helping if I don't see results? |
The antioxidant benefit helps to rebuild your immune system. You'll have a better chance of seeing physical results if you commit to drinking 8-10 glasses EVERYDAY. This will help cleanse your system daily and make you less likely to become sick or be affected by an illness to which you may be exposed. Maintaining optimum health is also an indicator of a good result.

Every 30 days.

Above 7 pH for drinking and below 7pH for cleaning & skin care.

NO, Not yet.
| 9. How long does the restructuring of the water last? |
As long as 30 days. It will last longer in glass containers and in the refrigerator or a dark place but can be stored in plastic bottles because the alkaline water will not leach like R.O. or distilled water.
10. Why do you not take heart medicine with Alkaline Water? |
Because the water makes the medicine more absorbable. A 50 mg. tablet could affect your body as if it were a 100 mg. tablet.

| 11. Can you use a pre-filter? |
Yes, it will help extend the life of the filter. It is not necessary for all areas, it is used mostly in the areas with hard water, sediment and/or large particles of calcium. Some wells may need the pre-filter.
| 12. What does the acidic water do. |
Acidic water is for germ killing, cleansing, sterilizing and healing treatment. Only used for external use. See APPLICATIONS button.
| 13. What if diabetes fluctuates? What do I need to do? |
Many diabetics notice a lowered requirement of insulin after 3 continuous months of drinking alkaline water. Be sure to carefully monitor the blood sugar levels and adjust insulin levels accordingly. Note: Japanese doctors routinely eliminate the need for insulin in diabetics by precribing alkaline water systems to diabetic patients. These systems operate the same as the drinking water systems that hospitals in Japan approve of and use daily to assist with promoting patient health. 17. Do I need to hydrate everyday?
Yes. Dehydration is the cause of many health issues.

19. Can you cook with Alkaline Water?
Yes, (Alkaline) in fact the water boils in half the time. Use alkaline water for soups, gravy, cooking vegetables, etc.
Also, clean all meats and vegetables with
SUPER OXIDE Acidic Ion Water.

It will taste better and be more nutritious for you. After clean all meats......then rinse or soak with alkaline water.
20. Do you have to unplug the unit after use?
No.
21. Do we have to pay tax on the unit?

23. Can we use another person's credit card for a purchase?
Yes, it is important that we have the card holder's signature, billing address and phone number for the transaction.
24. If I drink "acidic" ion water will it hurt me?
Yes, it is not to be taken internally on a regular basis. It can leach minerals from your body. A glass or 2 will not hurt you.
25. Does my pH level need to be 10 to get any benefit?
10 pH is NOT recommended on a regular basis.
8.5pH to 9.5 pH is optimal for most people.
26. What do you mean by smaller water properties of this special water?
In Japan they call it "wetter water". see article...
